FRADLEY (Roberta Anne). Passed away peacefully at Leighton Hospital on 8th March 2025, Roberta, aged 85, of Sandbach. The loving wife of Roy; devoted mum to Margaret, Gillian and David; a dearly loved grandma to Carrie, Hannah, the late Adam, Aharon and Jackie; and a treasured great-grandma. The funeral service is to be held at St Mary’s Church, Sandbach, on Wednesday, 2nd April at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Sandbach Cemetery. HANTON (Josephine). Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 1st March 2025 at Clayton Manor Care Home, aged 100. The devoted wife of the late Peter, and dearly loved mother of Robin and Jonathan. Josephine will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. The funeral service is to take place at Christ Church, Eaton, on Tuesday, 25th March at 2.30pm. LEECH (Gerald). Peacefully on 4th March surrounded by his loving family, at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Gerald, aged 90, of Brown Lees. The much-loved and loving husband of Doreen; loving dad of Julie and Martyn; dear father-in-law of Linda; devoted granddad of Gemma, Jess and Martyn, and a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, friend and grandpaw. Sadly missed by Jen and Will. The funeral service is to take place on Tuesday, 25th March at St Lawrence’s Church, Biddulph, at 11.30am followed by interment at Woodhouse Burial Ground, Biddulph. UNWIN (Malcolm, “Malc”). Sadly, on Sunday, 9th March 2025, Malc, aged 74, of Lask Edge. A beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a very dear friend to Will. Malc will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family, the farming community and many friends and neighbours. Funeral arrangements later. VAN OSS (Ann). Ann passed away peacefully at home on 4th March 2025 surrounded by family, aged 73. The loving wife of the late Gerrit, and much-loved mother of Rebecca and Rachel, Ann will be missed and remembered fondly by all her friends and family. At Ann’s request there will be no formal funeral service, but a memorial will be held on Saturday, 5th April at 11am at the Egerton Arms, Astbury. Family and friends are welcome to attend. WESTON (Alan). Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 4th March 2025 at Astbury Mere Care Home, Congleton, Alan, aged 82. The loved husband of Jennifer; cherished dad of Claire and Amelia; treasured grandpa of Ben and Thomas, and much-missed brother of Enid, Beryl and the late Ken. Alan will be sadly missed by his family, friends and neighbours but fondly remembered. The funeral service will be held at St Stephen’s Church, Congleton, on Tuesday, 25th March at 10.30am followed by a committal service at Macclesfield Crematorium.
