ASHLEY (Frank Trevor). Peacefully passed away on Sunday, 8th December 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family, Frank, aged 87, of Church Lawton. A retired Barclays bank manager, Town Road, Hanley. The devoted husband of Kay; dearly loved dad of Amanda, Andrew and Jonathon; loved father-in-law of Clare, Jane and the late Timothy; cherished grandpa (gramps) of Mathew, Amy, Sam, Georgina and Jim, and a dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Frank will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all of his loving family and many friends. The funeral service is at All Saints’ Church, Odd Rode, on Friday, 3rd January at 1.30pm, followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. JACKSON (Barbara Elizabeth). Barbara passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024 at Macclesfield District General Hospital surrounded by her loving family, aged 81. The cherished wife of Walter; loving mum to Ian, Kay, Lisa, Christine and Jacqui, and a much-loved nana and great-nana, respected sister, auntie, and friend. Barbara will be lovingly remembered for her sense of humour, warm personality, friendly smile, strength of character and words of wisdom and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
