CHALLINOR (Frederick, “Fred”). Peacefully passed on 4th July 2024 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, with his loving family by his side, Fred, aged 82, of Knypersley. A devoted husband of 60 years of marriage to Mavis; dearly loved dad of Paul, Jason and the late Joy; dear father-in-law of Marichu and Kelly; a very much loved granddad of Rachel, Faith, Lydia, Ruby and Kiaran, and a very special brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Fred will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his loving family and friends. A funeral service is to be held to celebrate the life of Fred at Life Stream Church, Knypersley, on Tuesday, 23rd July at 1.30pm. Would family and friends wishing to attend please meet at the church. GALLIMORE (Bessie, née Scragg). Passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on Saturday, 6th July 2024 surrounded by her loving family, Bessie, aged 92, from Brindley Ford, originally from Harriseahead. The devoted wife of the late Arthur; loved mum of Robert, Susan and Hayley; very dear mother-in-law of Linda, Mark and Mark; cherished nan of David, Thomas, Christopher, Sean, Heather, Katie, Danielle and Mark, and treasured great-nan of Isla Bessie. QUINN (David Edward). Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 10th July 2024 at East Cheshire Hospice with his loving girls by his side, David, aged 71. Born in Lockerbie, now of Congleton, he was the adored dad, father-in-law and grandpa of Charlotte, Gareth, Freddie and Phoebe; cherished brother of Lez and Jacqui, very dear close friend of Kathryn and much-loved uncle and great-uncle. David was a friend to many; he will be remembered fondly and greatly missed by all who knew him.
