COOKE (Derek). Derek passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, 8th May 2024 at The Christie, Manchester surrounded by his loving family, aged 74. The loving dad of Frazer, Natalie and Debbie; respected father-in-law to Katja, Geoff and Jamie; much-loved granddad of Lewiis, Keely, Liam and Eleni; great-granddad of Carter, and a dearly loved brother and friend. Derek will be lovingly remembered for his sense of humour and friendly smile. He had a love of the outdoors and hobbies of playing darts, fishing, shooting and walking. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. The funeral will be held at Birches Crematorium, Northwich, at 2.30pm on Thursday, 30th May. PARROTT (Suzanne). Peacefully on 20th April 2024, at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. The much-loved daughter of Keith and Molly, and dearly loved sister of Ian. The funeral service is at Sheepdrove Natural Burial Ground, Sheepdrove Road, Lambourn, on Thursday, 23rd May at 1pm. RAYMENT (Barbara Grace). Passed away peacefully at Macclesfield District General Hospital on Monday, 6th May 2024, Barbara, aged 92, of Congleton. A devoted wife of the late Patrick; cherished mum of Tony and Carol; treasured nana of Helena; missed sister of Peter; loved auntie of Elaine, and very dear friend of Pauline, Adrian, John, Marie and Christine. Barbara will be sadly missed by all her family and friends but fondly remembered. The funeral service will be held at The Birches Crematorium on Tuesday, 21st May at 11am. ROBINSON (Peter Joseph). Former proprietor of A Barker Butchers, High Street, Biddulph. Peacefully on Saturday, 4th May 2024 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Peter, aged 78, of Knypersley. The beloved and devoted husband of Kathleen; treasured dad of Simon and Lorna; a dear father-in-law to Becky and Matthew; cherished granddad of Seth, Sacha and Brodie, and a loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a very good friend and neighbour to many. Peter will be greatly missed but affectionately remembered by his loving family and friends. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Wednesday, 29th May at 10.40am. The devoted husband of Sylvia; treasured father of Claire and Stephanie; a much-loved grandpa of Stanley, Lily, Harry and Alys, and a dear brother, brother-in-law, and uncle, and special friend to many. Roger will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his loving family and friends. A funeral service is to be held to celebrate the life of Roger at St Lawrence’s Church, Biddulph, on Tuesday, 21st May at 2pm, followed by interment at Woodhouse Burial Ground.
