ASTBURY (Irene, née Storer). Passed away peacefully at St Stephen’s Care Home, Sandbach on 8th March 2024, Irene, aged 97, formerly of Sutton. The devoted wife of the late Les; much-loved mum to Lynn, and a treasured nanna, great-nanna and sister. BASSETT (Marjorie Phyllis). Passed away peacefully on Friday, 1st March 2024, aged 84. A much-loved sister to Donald; a loving step-mum to Janet, and a caring friend to many. BEECH (Joseph, “Joe”). Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 27th February 2024 at Manchester Royal Infirmary, Joe, aged 73. BRATT (Peter). Passed away peacefully on Friday, 23rd March at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Peter, aged 85, of Congleton. The devoted husband of the late Patricia; cherished dad of Alicia, Julie and the late David and Martin; treasured granddad of Jamie, Jessica, Daniel, Becky and Hannah; much-loved great-granddad of Freddie, Leah and Ella, and missed brother of Fred and Sheila. DEAN (Jack). Passed peacefully on Sunday, 25th February 2024 at Stocks Hall Nursing Home in Burscough, Jack, aged 88, formerly of Biddulph. The devoted husband of the late Maureen; treasured dad of Mark; much-missed father-in-law to Jacqui; cherished granddad of Harriet and Lana, and much-loved brother of Mary, Barbara, Joan, Michael and the late Peter. DOORBAR (Keith). Peacefully passed away at home in Knypersley on Tuesday, 5th March 2024, Keith, aged 76. The devoted and beloved husband of Lynn; treasured dad of Jack; much-loved dad of Shaun; father-in-law to Hayley and Jo, and brother of Barry. Keith was much loved by Lynn’s family, Sue, Elaine and Dave. Keith will be fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. GIBSON (John Edward, “Gibbo”). Peacefully at rest on 19th February 2024 at home with his loving family by his side, John, aged 75, of Biddulph Moor. WARD (Barbara). Passed away peacefully on 7th March 2024, Barbara, aged 81, of Astbury.
