Chance to foster an autism pup

The Autism Dogs Charity is looking for foster superheroes who can look after one of its “gorgeous” puppies.

The puppies are placed with fosterers for six to 10 months, and all the foster carers need to supply is kindness and love, to allow the puppy to have fun and enjoy the world through socialisation and enrichment.

The charity supports fosterers throughout, being on hand for support and covering the food, bedding, toys, veterinary and insurance costs to ensure the puppy’s health and wellbeing.
Foster parents need to live within 20 miles of Congleton, and would need to be able to give the puppy supervision at all times.

In return for their commitment, people will know that they could help to change the life of an autistic person and their family by being a part of the assistance dog programme.

Anyone interested can email foster@assistancedogs.co.uk.
