BALL (Gordon Ainsworth). Peacefully at Macclesfield District General Hospital on Friday, 13th August 2021, aged 90, of Congleton. The devoted husband of Jean; loving father of Stephen, Simon and Jason, and cherished foster father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. The cortege leaves his home on Thursday, 9th September for a service at Trinity Methodist Church, Congleton, at 1.30pm, prior to committal at Macclesfield Crematorium. BROOKES (Gerald, Gerry). On Thursday, 12th August 2021, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Gerry, aged 93, of Congleton; peacefully fell asleep. CHERRINGTON (May, nee Morrey). Passed away peacefully at home on 14th August 2021. Reunited with husband Percy.
